(Venice) Beach Workout

ImageI have a lot of clients who go away for vacation and want to stay on track with their workouts while away. More than often these clients are going somewhere where a beach is accessible, so I figured I would post some BEACH WORKOUTS.

What you will need:

  • Beach towel 
  • Water bottle
  • Stop Watch

WARM UP:

30 seconds of each:

  • Jog
  • Butt Kicks
  • High Knees
  • Jumping Jacks

THE WORKOUT:

To start lay your towel about 25 yards from the water. Walk towards the water until you are in the hard sand area.

  • 25 squat jumps
  • 20 push ups
  • 15 burpees
  • sprint around your towel, and then into the water. Run as hard as you can until you are up to your head. Turn around, sprint back around your towel. Repeat 3 total sprints.
  • Jog back to your towel and hold a plank for one minute.

REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT 5 TIMES.
