Lonnie’s 1400 Rep Workout

My co-worker is always nice enough to send me workouts she has done with a time goal, which I love. She is in phenomenal shape, so I always know her time is one I will need to work hard to match. I tell myself she is waiting for a text with my results, even if she isn’t. I have learned in workouts and runs this is the key for me. TELL someone what you will be doing, someone who will actually stay tuned for your result report. ACCOUNTABILITY. It’s key.

Here’s the latest workout she sent me:

100 Jump Rope

10 Burpees

10 Sit Ups

10 Push Ups

10 Squats

{REPEAT 10 TIMES}

Her Time: 25:41

I did it in 21:33 BUT I modified my push ups About half way through each set.

 She didn’t. She’s a stud!
